Leftovers: A Unique Dining Event
Hosted in collaboration with chef Monika Bloch of Venn Canteen, “Leftovers” is a unique dinner event featuring up-cycled ingredients from local restaurants.
We have partnered with Venn Canteen, DONAU and Época to collect quality unused ingredients, often considered food waste, as part of their day-to-day operations. Monika will be creating a multi-course dinner menu integrating these ingredients for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. For anyone that has had the opportunity to dine at Venn Canteen they are already familiar with Monika’s incredible skill as a chef and her creativity in crafting an ever-changing, seasonal menu of delicious vegan dishes.
“Leftovers” will be an unforgettable dining experience that runs parallel to the production process of the furniture, jewelry and objects we create here at Morto Vivo.
This pop-up event will be hosted in our Bonfim studio.
Ticket includes:
-Full dinner menu
-Dessert
-1 Free welcome drink
Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
*We can accommodate to dietary requirements (the idea is omnivorous as it is made from leftover ingredients).
