We say goodbye to our first in-studio exhibition, APPARATUS, in the best way possible: with an offering of seasonal craft cocktails. For the 3rd installment of our WASTED event series we will be serving up a variety of cocktails featuring syrups, shrubs, bitters, etc from the leftover peels, seeds, stems, cores and more that we’ve been carefully saving over the past month. WASTED aims to reimagine how we perceive food “waste.”

This will also be the final opportunity to view the creations of the 12 different artists that participated in our APPARATUS exhibition. For the exhibition artists were asked to create a hook from a minimum of 80% waste, repurposed or found materials. The only other requirement was that it each creation needed to fulfill the utilitarian purpose of serving as a wall-mounted hook that can hang something up to 2.5 kg.
